Terex MPS touts its TJ2440 as one of the most aggressive and productive jaw crushers on the market for its size range of 24-in. inlet gape x 40-in. inlet width. The single-toggle jaw crusher is engineered for tight closed-side settings while keeping an aggressive nip angle and crushing stroke that results in maximum productivity. Its design ensures reliable operation with minimal downtime, Terex MPS adds, supplying smooth and efficient crushing. Additionally, the company says the precision, cast-steel frame not only enhances longevity, but minimizes maintenance while reducing operating costs.

HAZEMAG’s Haztronic automated control technology allows for the hydraulic adjustment of apron settings utilizing a remote control, eliminating manual operations and clearing operators from the machine. The system keeps operators away from pinch points when opening the housing, when making apron adjustments or when closing the housing. With the Haztronic system, HAZEMAG says impactor performance can be optimized with recipes or pre-programmed apron settings that enhance product quality and consistency.

The latest 800i cone crushers with new ACS-c 5 combine a simple, robust mechanical design with powerful user-friendly automation to better support diverse operational roles, according to Sandvik. As the company describes, having access to operational insights, combined with simplicity and reliability, ensures an operation’s ability to run a smooth site while reaching targets. Sandvik says its 800i crushers are designed from the ground up to maximize tonnage of the desired end product. Users simply select the right chamber configuration, set the crusher program for the automation system, and start crushing.
