CRH acquired Ary Corporation, a third-generation, family-owned construction materials producer headquartered in Canon City, Colorado.
According to CRH, the Ary Corporation acquisition includes 25 sand and gravel locations, five fixed asphalt plants, two portable asphalt plants, nine ready-mixed concrete plants, and the company’s paving and construction services.
