CRH acquired BoDean Co. and Northgate Ready Mix in Santa Rosa, California.
The acquisitions represent the entry of CRH’s Materials Solutions business into California.

According to CRH, BoDean and Northgate complement its Materials Solutions business in the West. The deal adds two quarries, two ready-mixed concrete plants, one asphalt plant and one recycle plant to CRH’s operations.
