Command Alkon unveiled a new offering that’s designed to automate the movement of raw materials to plants and construction sites.
According to Command Alkon, its new Material Supply is a Command Cloud-driven solution that’s designed to help material producers meet their production demands while removing the complexities of inventory management, ordering, billing and hauler management.
Command Cloud is latest evolution of Command Alkon’s Connex platform, harnessing advancements in machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics and IoT-enabled technologies.

Our cloud transformation roadmap for these markets is currently being finalized.”
Command Alkon says Material Supply builds on the recent success of other Command Cloud offerings, including Dispatch and Customer Portal.
The cloud-native Dispatch, which Command Alkon debuted a year ago, enables producers to plan, place and track orders, automate driver scheduling and daily planning, understand supply chain needs, predict schedule changes and order cancellations with AI, and reduce back-office complexities.
Customer Portal, also part of Command Alkon’s cloud-native portfolio, empowers materials buyers to self-serve and efficiently create, manage and track orders around the clock. Command Alkon says users of the system report a 30 percent reduction in customer calls to their dispatch teams.
