Command Alkon hired Ron Carlson as senior vice president of industry liaison.
In his new position, Carlson will focus on enhancing customer engagement, provide strategic industry insights and foster long-term relationships with key accounts, according to Command Alkon. The company adds that Carlson’s experience in the heavy building materials sector will be valuable in helping Command Alkon continue to innovate and deliver value to its customers.

Carlson previously served as executive vice president of operations at Superior Materials in Detroit, Michigan, and Wingra Ready-Mix & Stone Co. in Madison, Wisconsin. Throughout his career, Carlson has played a role in building strong operational foundations company-wide and supporting the professional growth of his team, Command Alkon says. Carlson’s expertise also includes implementing numerous technological advances and initiatives, including the installation of Command Alkon solutions, COMMANDqc and TrackIt.
