Gold mine productivity rocks thanks to thick sectioned manganese crusher wear parts
Customer field trials of Columbia’s 24% manganese L7M Xtralloy have demonstrated it is ideal for high wear applications requiring thick sections. In addition to this advanced metallurgy, we also re-designed our customer’s liner geometry, and cast mantle thickness of 7.27” (DIS) and bowl liner thickness of 6.32”. The result? Ten sets of L7M liners have averaged 35 days of service life, compared to 19 days for the customer’s previous OEM liners, under extremely hard and abrasive mining conditions.
