Cemex US hired Will Price as senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions.
In the role, Price will lead strategic growth initiatives through targeted acquisitions, divestitures and corporate development activities across the Cemex U.S. business.
Prior to joining Cemex US, Price served as vice president of corporate development and integration at an exterior building products manufacturer, where he led acquisition and divestiture transactions.
“Will’s leadership and expertise in corporate development will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our asset portfolio in the U.S. market,” says Jesus Gonzalez, president of Cemex US. “We’re excited to welcome him to the team.”
Price has a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA in corporate finance from the University of North Carolina. He is based in Houston.
