Cedarapids introduced the CRH5064 Cedarapids portable HSI impactor plant, the newest addition to its wheeled plant portfolio.

The company says the plant is engineered to deliver productivity, versatility and ease of transport to serve demanding crushing operations. Additionally, the CRH5064 can reduce maintenance, improve safety and deliver consistent performance across applications, Cedarapids adds.

At the core of the CRH5064 is the 400 hp TI5064 horizontal shaft impactor. The TI5064 features a high-inertia four-bar rotor, monoblock primary curtain with replaceable tips, hydraulic tramp iron relief and hydraulic-assisted apron adjustments. Cedarapids says these features maximize output while protecting the machine and operators. Prototype testing achieved 600–700 tph through the plant when processing 30-in. minus shot rock limestone.

With a maximum feed size of up to 30 in., the TI5064 can serve large-scale aggregate production, recycling and demolition applications, delivering reliability and efficiency where it matters most. The HSI also includes enhancements such as hydraulic overload protection on both aprons, hydraulic assist apron adjustment and hydraulic opened hood for easy inspection and maintenance. An optional jib crane and quick-release wedge lock system make changing blow bars easier, according to Cedarapids.

Another highlight of the CRH5064 plant is the new 60-in. x 20-ft. Cedarapids Advantage Series feeder delivers production and long service life in the most rigorous applications, the company says. Its design is 8 in. wider than the largest previous model, maximizing crusher utilization and efficiency. Equipped with a large stroke, it delivers high-throughput tonnage and material separation at the grizzly by removing fines early, feeding only what needs to be crushed to the TI5064 HSI.

Cedarapids will feature the CRH5064 HSI portable plant at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026 in Las Vegas, March 3-7. The company will exhibit at the Terex booth (SV2357).
