CDE, a manufacturer of wet processing equipment, will launch the latest in its Combo product line at ConExpo-Con/Agg in Las Vegas this coming March.

The latest model in the Combo range will enable operators to capitalize on new opportunities, according to CDE, through the product’s soon-to-be-revealed features. CDE’s Combo was introduced earlier this year in April at Bauma.

“This next-generation plant will deliver significant commercial benefits while minimizing operational costs,” says Eoin Heron, business development director for North America at CDE. “We are proud to deliver optimized operations for maximum yields and fast returns for our clients. Our high-performance solutions maximize resources and add huge commercial value to our customers’ enterprises, with the innovative Combo having led the way in a new era of wet processing.”

According to Kevin Vallelly, director of engineering at CDE, the Combo is the first all-in-one wet processing system that accepts both crushed rock and natural sand feeds. The latest offering in the Combo range, which will be featured at ConExpo-Con/Agg, was customized for the American market, Vallelly says.

“Delivering profitable material straight from the belt and minimizing operational costs, the Combo on display at ConExpo-Con/Agg is the next phase in showcasing how CDE sand washing works,” Vallelly says.

In addition, the Combo line is the first all-in-one materials processing system that accepts both crushed rock and natural sand feeds, according to Vallelly.

“Global demand for construction sand is more than 15 billion tpy,” Vallelly says. “We aim to give our clients full production flexibility through the delivery of customized and sustainable solutions that not only meet their needs [but] make commercial sense.”
