The Firestone DuraForce MH bias tire is being supplied exclusively for JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corp. company. The DuraForce MH has been designed for JLG, Lull and SkyTrak branded telehandlers. The low-profile tire design helps to minimize possible sidewall damage, while the unique tread pattern and low ground-bearing pressure optimizes performance in rough terrain. Because the DuraForce MH runs cooler and wears more evenly, the company says, it is environmentally friendly and will last up to three times longer than the prior OE tire/Firestone SGG. Bridgestone customers will also benefit from the smaller chamber.
