Best Process Solutions, a manufacturer of custom-engineered bulk-processing equipment and systems, released its bulk bag dischargers.
The bulk bag dischargers are designed to provide dust-free product discharge from bulk bags. Additionally, the dischargers are expandable and flexible to meet discharging and bulk bag requirements, the company says, with three models available to producers.
Currently on the market are the MTD-2.5k for unloading large bulk bags up to 2,500-pound capacity; the MTD-4k for very large bulk bags up to 4,000-pound capacity; and heavy-duty BBD-4k discharger with vibratory motor agitation to assist in unloading hard-to-remove products. Other options are available as well, the company says.
