AZFAB’s plate frame press is a dewatering device that’s typically used in high solids filtration applications. The press is hydraulically operated and designed to operate with a continuous press pressure of up to 15 bars while producing up to 50 tons of cakes per hour. According to AZFAB, some advantages are the ability to eliminate settling ponds, shorter cycle times and that wash water is recovered.
