For the past 20 years, Steve has worked with a variety of industries in operational leadership roles, and safety leadership roles. Managing a safety culture is challenging, and touches on many facets of leadership, communication, teamwork, and more. The Steve Fuller Company was established to help organizations continually improve their safety culture through coaching, advising, mentoring, and training. Steve resides in New England with his wife and children. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Norwich University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Studies from Keene State College and was certified in Human Error Reduction techniques from the Practicing Perfection Institute.
