Allison Kral

Allison Kral is the former senior digital media manager for North Coast Media (NCM). She completed her undergraduate degree at Ohio University where she received a Bachelor of Science in magazine journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. She works across a number of digital platforms, which include creating e-newsletters, writing articles and posting across social media sites. She also creates content for NCM's Portable Plants magazine, GPS World magazine and Geospatial Solutions. Her understanding of the ever-changing digital media world allows her to quickly grasp what a target audience desires and create content that is appealing and relevant for any client across any platform.

Mack Trucks appoints senior VP

Mack Trucks appointed Jonathan Randall as its senior vice president for North American sales. Randall will report to Mack President Dennis Slagle and will be based in Greensboro, N.C. Randall has 23 years of experience in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle business, and he has held senior positions with several original equipment manufacturers (OEM), including Hines Specialty Vehicle Group, Wrightspeed, Blue Bird Corp. and Daimler Trucks North America, Mack Trucks reports. Prior to this position, he served as vice president of sales and marketing for Hines Specialty vehicle group, where he led sales and marketing efforts for the Crane Carrier and Kimble brands. He also served as vice president for OEM and aftermarket sales for the company. Randall holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. Mack Trucks, a part of the Volvo Group, is one of North America’s largest producers of heavy-duty trucks. Iowa Mold Tooling names sales manager

Iowa Mold Tooling Co. (IMT) promoted Tom Wallace to sales manager. In this position, Wallace will direct the IMT sales team to further strengthen the company's distributor network and grow tire service sales. Wallace joined IMT in 2008 as a regional sales manager. Prior to this, he spent eight years working in the service department for Kleine Equipment Services, a John Deere dealership based in Galesburg, Ill. Powerscreen dealer, Terex Washing Systems host open day

Powerscreen of California & Hawaii and Terex Washing Systems (TWS) hosted California Open Day to commemorate Powerscreen of California & Hawaii’s 30th anniversary and the opening of its new facility in Dixon, Calif. “This year, we’re [Powerscreen of California & Hawaii] celebrating 30 years in business, which is an awesome feat, and a testament to [Powerscreen of California & Hawaii founder and president] Paul Campbell and his commitment to the area, to his employees, and to the customer base and the market here,” says Andrew Gillen, project manager for Powerscreen of California & Hawaii. “We cover all of California and Hawaii, and we’re the leading independent dealer for materials processing equipment on the West Coast.” The companies opened their event with an evening reception. AGG1, World of Asphalt break attendance records

The 2016 AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo and World of Asphalt shows achieved a record attendance of more than 9,000 people, as well as record exhibit and education numbers. The shows took place March 22-24 in Nashville, Tenn. According to show management, this year’s show attendance increased 18 percent compared to the 2015 shows. In addition, attendees came from all 50 states, nine of the Canadian provinces and more than 60 other countries. Thirty percent of attendees were company presidents/owners, general managers or chief financial officers. “This truly is the global gathering place for our aggregates and asphalt industries, where attendees can easily find the equipment and products to help their businesses grow and prosper,” says Rick Feltes of LafargeHolcim, AGG1 chair representing the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association.
