Austin Powder Co. (APC) appointed Chris Wakefield as site manager of the company’s Red Diamond location in McArthur, Ohio.
Wakefield, who began his career with APC in 2018, will be responsible for leading the company’s core manufacturing base of operations for North America, according to APC.
Wakefield has more than a decade of plant production and operation experience from working at Dow Chemical Co.
Established in 1930, APC’s Red Diamond facility covers 1,200 acres and is the largest employer in Vinton County, Ohio, according to APC.
