ASGCO’s newest innovation is designed to allow more discharge points along the load carrying side of the conveyor belt, releasing material on either side at pre-designated locations.
The Lift Bed – Diverter Plow is a pneumatically operated impact bed that lifts the conveyor belt from full trough to zero (0°) into a stationary diagonal plow. The urethane diagonal plow includes two Spring-shoc tensioners, enabling the Lift Bed – Diverter Plow™ to apply the proper tension and not pinch or damage the belt, eliminating the opportunity for premature wear and stretching while increasing production.
