Arcosa reported gains across the board within its construction products business upon releasing its third-quarter financial report.
According to Arcosa, revenues in construction products increased 46 percent to a record $387.5 million. The contribution from the construction materials business of Stavola Holding Corp., which Arcosa acquired in October 2024, added $102.6 million in the quarter.
In aggregates, Arcosa’s total volumes increased 18 percent in the third quarter to 9.9 million tons. Aggregate freight-adjusted average sales price increased 9 percent to $18.27 per ton and resulted in aggregate adjusted cash gross profit per ton growth of 17 percent ($8.73 per ton).
Companywide, Arcosa’s revenues were up 25 percent in the third quarter to $797.8 million. Net income was up 304 percent, compared to the third quarter of 2024, to $73 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased 53 percent to $174.2 million.
“Our outlook for the remainder of the year remains very positive,” says Antonio Carrillo, president and CEO of Arcosa. “Overall demand trends are favorable, and we believe our U.S.-focused operations are well-aligned with long-term infrastructure and secular power market drivers. We have increased the midpoint of our adjusted EBITDA guidance range and anticipate 32 percent growth in 2025, reflecting strong accretion from Stavola as well as double-digit organic expansion.”
