The EMCO 360 crusher optimizer feeder is the latest addition to Deister Machine Co.’s EMF series of two-mass electromechanical vibrating feeders. The EMCO 360 is specifically engineered to optimize cone crusher performance. Featuring a 360-degree discharge opening, the unit distributes a homogeneous feed to cone crushers, keeping cones choke-fed for optimum efficiency, greater manganese wear life, improved production rates and the consistent yield of a more cubical product. The design of the EMCO 360 incorporates the action of the rotating feed distributor to evenly distribute material into the cone to minimize uneven rock buildup within the crusher.
