Conn-Weld’s circular motion inclines are available in single, double, triple and quad decks. The screens can be used for a number of product sizes to enhance the overall separation performance, as well as increase feed rates to the machine. The circular motion allows material to roll out of the opening, providing a low degree of particle plugging while leading to efficient separation. Conn-Weld’s incline screens are available in sizes ranging from 6 ft. x 16 ft. to 8 ft. x 24 ft., with special designs ranging from 8 ft. x 20 ft. (double deck) to 8 ft. x 24 ft. (triple deck). Trunnion mounts on steel coil springs allow the inclination to be adjusted. External counterweights allow the throw to be adjusted with the addition of weights.
