More than 10,000 people attended the 2019 AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo and World of Asphalt shows, which took place Feb. 12-14 in Indianapolis, reports the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA).
Attendees came from all 50 states, as well as 56 countries, including Canada, Nigeria and Russia, NSSGA adds.
“Whether you were here to learn about or purchase equipment, attend the shows or our Annual Convention, valuable information and resources were shared to help participants get their businesses on the ‘fast track’ to success,” says Randy Lake, NSSGA’s 2018 chairman.
In addition, the show floor grew to more than 200,000 sq. ft. of exhibitors, which featured the latest products and technologies for the aggregate, asphalt, pavement maintenance and traffic safety industries. The show also offered more than 150 learning opportunities, anchored by NSSGA’s AGG1 Academy.
The next NSSGA Annual Convention will be held in Las Vegas in conjunction with ConExpo-Con/Agg, which will take place March 10-14, 2020. The next AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo will take place in 2021 in Atlanta.
