The Kwikdeck system from Polydeck gives wire cloth users an opportunity to try modular rubber panels without altering their existing frame. There’s no cutting or welding necessary, and the original crowned deck surface remains intact. Users remove the wire cloth sections and bucker bar covers and then put Kwikdeck covers on in their place. Then, they lay SnapStraps across the width of the machine, re-torque the side clamp rails and install the modular rubber screen panels. A 4-ft. x 6-ft. section can be installed in about 45 minutes.
