To answer the call for a machine that can turn waste byproduct into a saleable asset, Am Cast developed the Rocky Transformer. It produces high-quality sand from a variety of aggregate waste materials. From cone crusher byproduct to virgin bank run river rock, the Rocky produces saleable sand product with a spherical grain structure in one pass. There is no grinding or compression but instead 85 to 100 percent usable sand from a 100 percent impact crushing product. It has fewer critical wear parts, helping to reduce machine maintenance needs.
