Deister Machine Co. Inc. will show off its new Deister (EMF-Series) Two-Mass Electromechanical Vibrating Feeder at its booth. The new feeder is designed to allow greater control over high-capacity feed rates and productivity, while lowering costs per ton, for aggregate, mining and mineral applications. Features include a high-profile infeed lip, a heavy-duty formed deck with replaceable liners, and a simplified drive with an easy-access exciter frame housing a single vibrator motor. Pre-compressed steel transmission springs, which are not susceptible to temperature or shelf life, and heavy-duty spring isolation assemblies are incorporated for suspension or support mounting.
