The Hydro-Clean washing unit from W.S. Tyler uses up to 75 percent less water over traditional log washers, the company says. While traditional washing systems can require up to three screens along with a log washer or screw, W.S. Tyler says its Hydro-Clean only needs one additional wash screen. The unit is available in four sizes that produce 20 to 400 tph, depending on the application.
