The National Stone Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) Annual Convention returns March 12-15 to Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, with the organization combining its meeting with those of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) and the Portland Cement Association (PCA).
The theme of this year’s joint conventions is “Building the Future Together,” with a series of speakers, committee meetings and networking opportunities available to those in attendance.
The keynote speaker for the joint general session March 13 is Cal Ripken Jr., who played 21 seasons for the Baltimore Orioles before being enshrined in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Ripken, who owns the Major League record for consecutive games played (2,632), will share how his keys to success in baseball translate to the business world.
Breakout sessions are also on the NSSGA Annual Convention schedule, including ones focused on the workforce, sustainability and politics. A March 12 community service project is available to attendees of all three conventions, as well.
