MDS launched the M300 as a heavy-duty scalping screen that features a double-deck vibrating grid.

As MDS describes, the M300 is purpose-built from the ground up. It is engineered to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime. The M300’s fully hydraulic setup eliminates the need for on-site lifting, speeding up setup times and aiding ease of use.

“Our goal with the M300 was to deliver a machine that sets a new benchmark in operator convenience and operational efficiency,” says Steven Keenan, engineering manager at MDS. “With the M300, we’ve addressed many of the common challenges in the field, from time-consuming setup to difficult maintenance tasks, all while maintaining the durability and performance that MDS machines are known for.”

The M300 features an advanced control system that allows operators to start or stop the plant with the push of a button. This enhancement simplifies operation, MDS says, while the swing-out engine design allows for easy, hassle-free maintenance access, minimizing downtime and supporting day-to-day functionality.

Equipped with a T-Bar cassette top deck and a mesh bottom deck, MDS says the M300 delivers precise separation of materials. The large 1,400-mm conveyor belt handles excess capacity with ease, the company adds.
