Superior Industries hired Eric Gavin for a newly created business development role in its construction management division.

Gavin joins Superior after most recently being employed as a construction project manager at Dumas Mining. Before his tenure at Dumas Mining, Gavin was an operations manager at Meridiam Partners, an engineering firm, and he also held positions at Harrison Western, an industrial construction company.

Additionally, Gavin previously served Aggregates Industries as a plant manager for operations in Denver.

“Eric’s background and energy fit perfectly into this new position, and we’re excited to watch him and the entire construction management team grow and succeed,” says Jason Adams, president of Superior.

In his new role, Superior says Gavin will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, develop strategic plans, research industry trends, collaborate with the construction management team and support project management and on-site tasks as needed.
