Powerscreen hosted a global dealer conference in Italy, drawing nearly 400 guests for a series of presentations and new product launches.

Powerscreen also honored some of its founders with induction to the company’s hall of fame.

At the conference, Powerscreen says a dealer panel explored challenges and trends in areas such as building and retaining a team, after-sales service and support, marketing and best rental practices. U.S. representatives from dealers such as Powerscreen New England, Powerscreen Crushing & Screening and Powerscreen Mid-Atlantic joined representatives from Van der Spek (Netherlands), Blue Central (U.K.) and Lincom Group (Australia) on the panel.

Separately, Powerscreen says breakout sessions provided insights and feedback on the products distributors feel are needed in the company’s portfolio, as well as what the future of the global crushing and screening industry looks like.

In products, Powerscreen’s Neil Robinson unveiled five new models: the Premiertrak 450, the Trakpactor 480/480SR, the Warrior 1800X, the Warrior 1200 Hybrid and the CT80R tracked conveyor.

Plant demonstrations were also part of the conference, with 15 machines on display.

Powerscreen’s awards ceremony, meanwhile, included the inductions of new members to the Powerscreen Hall of Fame. Those to enter the company’s hall of fame this year were  Pat O’Neill (Powerscreen HQ), Paul Campbell (Powerscreen of California), Dennis Grant (Powerscreen of Florida) and Pat McGeary (Blue Group).

“Our global conference in Italy nurtured the legacy that is Powerscreen and provided an opportunity to honor those who left Ireland decades ago to lay the foundations of our success,” says Sean Loughran, business line director at Powerscreen. “It was also a means to rekindle the invaluable relationships we have forged throughout our journey, allowing time to connect, share experiences and explore shared opportunities for future growth.

“We are truly humbled by the support and dedication of our global distribution network,” Loughran adds. “Together, we look forward to an exciting future ahead filled with innovation, collaboration and lasting togetherness.”
