Karen Hubacz-Kiley was named president and CEO of Bond Construction Corp.
Hubacz-Kiley joined her family company based in Spencer, Massachusetts, in 1988, and she’s served in a number of roles at Bond ever since.
According to Bond, Hubacz-Kiley has been instrumental in growing the business into a major regional aggregate and asphalt supplier. She also represents her company and the industry as first vice chairman of the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association.
“I am honored to take on this role and lead the company into the future,” Hubacz-Kiley says. “I am committed to our employees, community and customers as we continue to grow our business.”
