Cemex reportedly acquired Beck Readymix Concrete Co., which serves San Antonio and surrounding areas with ready-mixed concrete, landfill and dumpster rental services.
Reuters first reported the acquisition, noting that the deal includes ready-mixed concrete plants and one portable plant. No transaction value was shared, according to Reuters.
Last week, Cemex reported that its U.S. business generated $747 million in EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) – the highest reported annual amount at Cemex since 2007.
