Cummins Cal Pacific LLC and Cummins West Inc. announced plans to merge into a single entity on Sept. 28.
The new entity, Cummins Pacific LLC, will serve California and Hawaii as the exclusive distributor for Cummins Inc. According to a press release, Cummins Cal Pacific and Cummins West are merging to streamline service, sales and parts resources for the territory. All 12 Cummins West and Cummins Cal Pacific service centers will operate under the new name.
