The AggreSand system, which Terex Washing Systems (TWS) expects to launch this quarter, combines aggregate washing and screening with sand processing. Central to the development of the new plant is a modular design, pre-wiring and pre-plumbing that make setup quick and easy. Among the features and benefits is the H 12 hopper with 15.7 cu. yd. of capacity. The H 12 is available with an automatic tipping grid and a 12-ft. two-deck vibrating grid that’s fitted with a variable speed belt feeder. A wide feed conveyor has a direct drive electric motor and gearbox arrangement. It will work at a 19-degree angle when feeding the AggreSand system. The 165R-3 three-deck, two-bearing rinsing screen isolates spray bars from all vibration, according to TWS. Also, the system offers the option of five conveyors – three aggregate and two sand. Direct-drive electric motors and gearbox arrangements power the conveyors.
