Terex Minerals Processing Systems (MPS) has launched the MHS6203 horizontal screen module, increasing the application capabilities and screening efficiency of its existing modular product range. The MHS6203 module features Terex’s Cedarapids LJ-TS screen with its ElJay oval stroke action. Other key features are an I-beam frame, rigid diagonal truss construction and galvanized steel structure that includes walkways, steps and guardrails. Terex MPS says the horizontal screen module was designed with logistics in mind and so the unit can be transported in one container. In all, the company’s modular product line consists of several pre-designed static and semi-static crushing and screening plug-and-play modules. Setup time and ease of operation is aided by the simplicity of the range, Terex MPS says. All modules bolt together on site and require minimal on-site wiring.
