CDE and Resolve Aggregates will host a demonstration June 27 at Resolve Aggregates’ site in Ravenna, Texas.
The event will provide visitors an opportunity to see the latest wet processing technologies implemented on site by CDE.
The plant in Ravenna includes CDE’s M4500 modular wash plant, the AggMax portable logwasher, the Counter Flow Classification Unit, the EvoWash fines recovery unit and the AquaCycle thickener. The plant was originally installed at Resolve Aggregates’ Fort Worth, Texas, location, but was relocated last year to the company’s recently acquired sand deposit in Ravenna.
According to the companies, the plant has allowed Resolve Aggregates to address key issues it previously experienced with material. In addition, the equipment has helped Resolve Aggregates lower its water consumption.
“The quality of equipment design and the strength of its manufacturing are truly remarkable, as is the precision with which the plant fits together,” says Keith Newell, president at Resolve Aggregates. “Perhaps most important, the AquaCycle thickener greatly diminishes our freshwater requirements.”
