Smiley Monroe Zip Clip™ – The Faster Replacement Belt
Introducing the mechanically fastened replacement conveyor belt, Zip Clip™. With an easy-to-fit push-in connecting pin, Zip Clip™ is a fast, safe and secure installation method developed specifically for portable plant manufacturers (OEMs) – both serial production and aftermarket.
Once fitted and tensioned, Zip Clip™ belts can be run immediately. Even environmental conditions, such as high humidity, dust, sand or extreme cold will not adversely affect installation.
Suitable for use in heavy applications such as; mobile crushing and screening, aggregates, hard rock quarrying, recycling and demolition, environmental and tree shredding.
