Azfab’s new plate and frame press is a versatile dewatering device that can be used in high solids filtration applications. The device is hydraulically operated, has a programmable logic controller system and is designed to operate with a continuous press pressure of up to 15 bars, while producing up to 50 tons of cakes per hour. The machine is assembled in the United States, factory tested and delivered to jobsites as a finished machine. It eliminates the need for settling ponds, recovers wash water and fully compresses dry cakes for reuse or disposal.
