First, Dexter + Chaney President Norbert Orth will be assuming an additional role as the company’s CEO. As president and CEO of the company, Orth will continue to lead its strategic growth initiatives.

“The strategic initiatives we’ve put in motion – and will continue to put in motion – have positioned Dexter + Chaney as the industry’s leader in delivering mission-critical technology,” Orth says. “I am extremely bullish on our company’s future and very excited for our next wave of software and technology enhancements.”

Second, John Chaney, co-founder of the company, will assume the role of executive chairman. In this position, he will lead the company’s board of directors and work closely with Orth to shape the company’s future. He will also work closely with Dexter + Chaney’s product and development teams.

“I am extremely proud of the team we have in place here at Dexter + Chaney and am energized to help us in our continued growth,” Chaney says. “Over the years, Dexter + Chaney has been committed to bringing leading-edge technology to the construction industry and shaping the capabilities of modern construction ERP software. Both the short- and long-term opportunities for our business have [kept] me very excited.”

According to the company, its current growth stretch began with its redesigned Spectrum Construction Software, which delivers web-based ERP construction software to the market. Its growth can also be attributed to several other factors, including the addition of new employees, growth of its strategic business partner and reseller throughout North America, bringing on new technology partners, increasing research and development initiatives, delivering more in-depth training for clients, and expanding its role as a supporter of industry associations and organizations.
