The Striker HQR1112 is a versatile crusher that incorporates a recirculating screen. Designed to operate in extreme quarrying conditions, the HQR1112 can function as a primary, secondary or tertiary crusher, providing quarry operators with one machine that covers multiple applications.
The unit is fitted with the Striker HD1112 impactor and a 7m3 Hardox 400 feed hopper, and it can produce aggregate at up to 330 tph, with a maximum feed size of 500mm.
The crushing plant utilizes a 3m x 1.5m single-deck vibrating screen, which is compatible with a variety of screen mesh sizes. A 1200mm-wide product conveyor is located beneath the screen, and a transfer conveyor is attached to the screen discharge. The conveyor discharges onto the screen-to-impactor returns transfer conveyor, a 500mm wide troughed belt transfer conveyor that features skirt panels to eliminate spillage.
The plant is also available without the screen in the HQ1112 model.
