At ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026, Deister Machine Company features its super-duty Vibrating Grizzly Feeder (VFG), which combines scalping and feeding in one cost-effective solution. Typically mounted under a hopper or bin, the feeder prevents material from bridging in the hopper, while eliminating any surges in loads to the crusher – resulting in a continuous, uniform material feed that boosts crusher utilization and capacity.
Ruggedly built, the Deister VFG features a heavy-duty vibrating frame, H-beam cross members, and specially designed coil springs that absorb tremendous impact and loading stress. Cast manganese steel grizzly bars are individually mounted for adjustability and ease of replacement – and bars are bolted on, permitting changes in product size by simply respacing the bars.
