Small business leaders will have a dedicated place at ConExpo-Con/Agg to learn and connect during a small business workshop.
Scheduled for March 6, ConExpo-Con/Agg says the workshop is designed for entrepreneurs, family-owned companies and firms with up to 50 employees. The workshop will focus on practical strategies for growth, networking and leadership development, showing how attendees can enhance their knowledge on topics such as tax planning, fleet selection, bidding, growth, employee retention and technology.
The workshop is part of a series of new, industry-focused education programs coming to ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026. According to the show, sessions will concentrate on the real-world needs of small contractors and business owners – including planning, operational challenges and tools for building long-term success.
“Small businesses are the pulse of the construction industry, and the small business workshop gives owners and decision makers a place to learn from one another and build the relationships that move their work forward,” says Dana Wuesthoff, ConExpo-Con/Agg show director. “This workshop creates space for leaders who are building companies one project at a time and who play a vital role in shaping the future of construction.”
The workshop is also part of a suite of education opportunities offered at ConExpo-Con/Agg.
“The small business leaders deserve access to education and resources that fit their reality and their time,” Wuesthoff says. “ConExpo-Con/Agg puts everything in one place, so people can learn, connect and explore new ideas without having to attend multiple events across the year.”
