Hydraulic breaker enhances performance, reduces energy loss

FRD USA introduced a new hydraulic breaker in the Fx800 Qtv, a 12,000-ft. lb. class model that offers increased breaking performance and reduced energy loss during operation. The Fx800 replaces FRD USA’s Fx770 12,000-ft lb. class breaker, running on 48.5-ton to 83-ton excavators. The Fx800 requires the same pressure and flow as the Fx770. The new model, however, features re-engineered internal hydraulic routing. The company says this delivers improved efficiency, improved breaking performance and reduced energy loss during operation.
