Purvis Industries acquired all assets, brand rights, personnel and intellectual property from A & A Resources, a distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and operational replacement parts based in Warrior, Alabama.
According to Purvis, A & A Resources specializes in distributing bearings, wire, cable, fiber optics, mechanical industrial automation and electrical replacement parts. A & A Resources serves industries such as aggregates, mining, power generation, metals, textiles and material handling.
