Cedarapids launched the TI4250 horizontal shaft impactor (HSI), which is designed for applications such as aggregates and recycling.

According to Terex MPS, which operates the Cedarapids brand, the TI4250 has a modern hydraulic-assist apron adjustment that enables quick and precise setting changes to optimize operations.

The crusher is equipped with four rear inspection doors and a hinged side door, providing access to the rotor, blow bars and aprons for inspection and servicing. The chamber hydraulically opens for general maintenance, as well as for turning or replacing blow bars.

Cedarapids says the crusher body is fabricated from high-strength structural steel. It features a four-bar rotor that’s outfitted with reversible blow bars secured by a wedge lock system. The company says this enhances reliability and operational efficiency.

In addition to its standalone capabilities, the TI4250 is a component of the Cedarapids CRH1113R portable closed-circuit impactor and screen plant. The CRH1113R combines the TI4250 HSI with a 6-ft. screen and feeder.
