Motion Industries signed an agreement to acquire the operating assets of M.B. McKee Co., a family-owned distributor of mechanical bearings, belts, chain, conveyor systems and components, motors, drives and power transmission components.
Motion expects the deal to close at the end of January.
According to Motion, M.B. McKee employs about 30 people. The company is headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, with additional locations in Amarillo and Hereford.
